HOW THESE DETECTORS WORK
An all-terrain VLF detector operates using a search coil that emits a low-frequency magnetic field into the ground. When the field encounters metal objects, it creates a secondary field, which is picked up by the search coil and sent to the control box. The user can interpret this signal to determine the presence and type of metal detected. This process allows for precise detection of metals, making these detectors highly effective for treasure and relic hunters.
